Interdax’s trading interface is fully customisable. You can change the location of the order form, show or hide orders/positions on the chart as well as maximise, hide or move the different panels.
To change the location of the order form (shown on the left by default), click on ‘Settings’ on the bottom right-hand side of the screen and go to ‘Interface’:
You can then select which side the order sidebar is displayed on. The Interface sub-menu can also be used to prevent orders/positions from being shown on the trading chart. It also gives you the option to hide or show confirmation dialogs for different order types, change the default timeframe and remove number separators.
The trading interface can also be customised by interacting with the panels. When you hover over a panel the maximise and close buttons will appear on the top right corner.
Maximising (and minimising) a selected panel (e.g., the trading chart panel):
Hide a selected panel (e.g., the depth chart panel) by clicking on ‘X’:
A hidden panel can be made visible again by going to the ‘Add Panels’ button, found at the bottom right corner of the interface. Click on the ‘Add Panels’ button and drag it to the desired location on the screen, as shown below:
The contents of a panel can also be separated out. For instance, the order book panel can be customised to display both the order book and the trade history tabs at the same time by dragging and moving them, as shown below:
Similarly, the components of the positions panel can also be separated, for instance, so you can see both the active orders and positions tabs at the same time:
In summary, the interface can be customised in many ways to suit your preferences and trading style.
A particular panel of interest can be maximised, say the trading chart when you are planning a trade idea and using the chart drawing tools. Panels can be re-sized or removed completely to suit your needs and the layout of the interface can be arranged in the way you see fit.
