The planned maintenance on May 7th, 2020, took much longer than expected, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. During maintenance, there was an unintentional window where you could log in again, before the maintenance was complete.
After the maintenance was complete, the database was (as intended) in the state it was in at the moment the maintenance started. So all positions and balances then were exactly as they were right before maintenance started (5PM UTC).
Any changes you made during the maintenance were recorded, yet not stored in the migrated database.
If you've lost any balance because of trades you could make during the maintenance, please open a support ticket. You can send an e-mail to support@interdax.com or fill out the contact form here: https://help.interdax.com/hc/en-001/requests/new
Today's migration was to prevent situations like what happened today; to be able to snapshot and replicate the entire system live and as a whole. That will allow us to test all the changes on the exact replica of the exchange before deploying any of them publicly. This process took longer than expected as we had to redo migrations multiple times.
Following today's maintenance, we will however be able to move forward much faster in terms of: much shorter maintenance windows, and less development time.
